MGB Convertible - I am selling a very nice one owner 1977 MGB.
The Car was originally purchased by an original owner in April 1977 in Reseda,
California. The car survived in California from 1977 until 2007 and moved to
Buckeye, Arizona. While the car was in California, The car was in Reseda from
1977 to 1983 and moved to San Francisco. The car was stored in the garage most
of its life from 1983 to 2007. The owner moved to Buckeye, Arizona in 2007 and
of course she took her baby to Arizona and kept the car in the garage. The car
was transported on a trailer from Arizona to Riverside in the month of March
2011 to sell the car. The owner felt the car belongs in California by the coast.
Now about the condition of the car: The car is in a very nice running condition. She had the car repainted close to an original red in the year of 2004. The dash is all original on the right dash shows slight peeling and can see the padding. The padding can be easily refilled and do a touch up paint. The seats have been reupholstered and the carpet has been replaced. The engine was rebuilt at 114,464 thousand miles and the car currently shows 129,844 miles. Only 15,380 miles on the rebuilt engine since 12/17/01. Most of the car is mostly original with some restoration. I have receipts that have been serviced on the car.
I drove the car from Riverside to my house in Toluca Woods to sell the car. The car drives very well and shifts smoothly. The oil pressure remains at 40 to 50 pounds and water temperature remains cool. The owner had the brakes job done and replaced the smog pump. The car recently passed smog test in Arizona. It’s a nice little car to cruise on a beautiful sunny day by the coast. It was very hard for the owner to let the car go but it’s time for the car to move on to a new owner who will appreciate the car very much. The car comes with an original driver’s handbook and is currently registered. I have the paper work ready to transfer to the new owner. I have many photos of the car and you can click on 2 links to view a short video of the car and engine. Video of car: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VmAXcS8kbG8. Video of engine: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7hu_hyxIuyo. (05/05/11)

and has a street cam. The heads have pocketed oversized valves. It produces in
the range of 170 HP. The transmission is a world class T-5. The differential is
an MGC (3.08:1 ratio). This combination results in seventy MPH cruise speed at
less than 2000 RPM. Fuel economy is 35 MPG at 60 MPH!! Following is a partial
list of the parts used during the restoration; New interior panels, carpeting,

Jensen Interceptor MK III - This is my 1974 Jensen Interceptor MK
III. I have owned the car for 3 years. It is in extremely good condition and
original. I had the body stripped to the metal and repainted with Toyota Avalon
White with slight silver metallic fleck paint just enough to accentuate the
lines. The chrome/stainless steel is all excellent and bright with exception of
passenger door handle which shows slight wear and chrome windshield insert which
was hit by buffer while being painted. All gauges work and read true. Many
repairs over the last 4 years by myself and the previous owner. I am the 6th
owner and have a complete history and feel the mileage is correct.
I had the seats repaired. It originally had the sheepskin centers. I purchased high quality auto upholstery leather and had both front seat centers and sides repaired. I left the old on the seat sides and the back sides. The 2 rear seats were totally redone. Note small crack in leather along outside edge of drivers sear, see last photograph. I have enough leather to replace any worn spots if you choose. The car tracks straight and rides exceptionally good. Wiring diagrams are included. All lights work. All glass is clear and clean. The windshield shows little to no sign of wear which means it was rarely ever driven in rain. Front and rear bumpers are almost like new. As for the paint it is only 2 years old and looks great. Again I had the body stripped to metal and all blemishes removed. At this time there are no dents or damage. I drive the car regularly and have had no problems other than standard wear. Tires are Pirelli 4000 and in fairly good condition. Only things that need attention are. Drivers window needs gears in motor. It will go up and down with help. Passenger side works great. Wood grain on console is cracked and worn. AC is all there and complete fan blows but needs charging. Power door locks do not work. Fuel door works some times. I removed the original radio but still have it. I drove the car to hear the engine not a radio. There is some rust on the inside of the hood at the very front. It is mostly on the frame. There are several small bubbles on the top of the hood.
I have over $25,000 invested. Comes with original owners manual, shop manual and tool kit which is missing some items, also original fire extinguisher. This is my second Interceptor. My first was a 71 with the 383. I really prefer the 74. Only reason I am selling is we have moved into a condo and have no space to store it.
Items I have replaced or had professionally restored: New factory stainless steel exhaust, New Jensen resonators, New mufflers, Tie rod ends, Master brake cylinder and booster rebuilt by White Post Restorations, Front sway bar bushings, Front shocks, Steering rack rebuilt by White Post Restorations, New radiator fans, New alternator, New front and real brake hoses, New electric fuel pump, Rebuilt transmission., New electronic distributor with control module, Edelbrock 750cfm 4bbl., Front upper and lower bushings, upper and lower ball joints, New valve cover gaskets.
There are other items which I have had done but I cannot think of them at this time. It is very reliable, drives and runs great. A real eye catcher. I am asking $15,000. Located in Pinehurst, NC. (11/04/10)

Jaguar XK120SE OTS - Restored in the 80s , it was a very good
solid rust free car. The wiring was replaced with Rhode Island wiring harness
(exactly as original), British Auto interior trim, and lacquer paint by Bill
Hirsch. The mileage was 80K at restoration and around 86K now. It is a very late
120 having a curved handbrake. The car was originally white, however the color
combination now on it is definitely an original color combination for the car.
The performance 120s were tagged SE or Special Equipment (which this one is).

no rust other than surface blemishes on the original black paint. The suspension
is tight and the car runs very well at 62,345 miles. A former MGA show judge
stated that this car could be the finest example of an original Coupe he has
ever seen and that the condition of the aluminum panels was incredible as well
as their fit. You be the judge. The car is for sale elsewhere and we reserve the
right cancel the sale at any point.
Only 16 coupes were built in 1956, But due to the overwhelming popularity of this new hard top, 1957 production was ramped up and a little more than 4,100 of these new tin tops were produced and proved to be the coupe's best year. When tested against the roadster by Road & Track Magazine in July, 1957 it was sleeker, more stylish, and not only did it outperform the roadster with its handling and maneuverability it was also faster. This car would make any collector of fine British Auto's a nice fully operational and drivable trophy! Remember, it can only be original once. Asking 18,000 USD or best offer. We have a clear idea on what this car is worth in its present condition and we are currently accepting offers. Available for personal inspection in London, Ontario, Canada. Webmasters Note: This car is an amazing find! I have had the oppourtunity to inspect the car personally and it is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity to purchase a nearly complete Wolseley Hornet Special "Barn Find" project car. This is even more true for enthusiasts in North America as there is only a handful of Hornet Specials here and many may have different coachwork. Over 20 coachbuilders built bodies for the Hornet Special so not all of them have this attractive E.W. Daytona four seater body. I believe this may be the only E.W. Daytona available worldwide, regardless of condition, right now. -Allan
